Mid March in Hanoi can range from cool and damp to hot and sunny. Please check the forecast before your departure and prepare accordingly.

Ground Transportation from NoiBai International Airport: Easy access to taxi transportation is found outside the arrival level of the airport. Depending on time of day and traffic, expect a 30+ minute trip from the airport to Tay Ho at a cost of approximately 350,000 VND.
