- Payment $130.00 U.S. dollars in Cash or a US check made payable to the “Research Foundation of SUNY.”

- Complete the workshop reflection in written form (Click here to download the form), submitted by 10 April 2018 OR active participation in a round table discussion at the conclusion of the conference. A copy of the Workshop Reflection Writing Rubric can be found here.
