Conference Cancellation Policy

Transfer of Registration:

• If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organization.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Delegate cancellation: Due to the costs associated with hosting the event as a non-profit organisation we are unable to offer a refund due to delegate cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Event cancellation: If due to unforeseen circumstances the event is cancelled, a full refund for the registration fee only will be made to all delegates.

Issuance of VAT Invoice (Red Invoice)

• VAT invoices will be issued the week after the completion of the conference.
